Treadmill

I recently invested in a treadmill, and readers: I LOVE IT.

My dog- pictured here- is extremely hesitant about the whole thing. He keeps trying to join me on my walks and...well, let’s just say I am waiting for the day when he hops on and goes whizzing past me.

We live in a safe neighborhood, but truth be told, I don’t feel safe walking anywhere in the early morning hours when it is still dark out, but that’s the time I have set aside for exercise.

This machine makes it suuuuper easy to get my steps in, all in the comfort of my home.
