I’ve never thought much about aromatherapy even though there is a pot of coffee percolating and a candle burning whenever I am home and both create a feeling of home for me. I’ve heard that if you’re trying to sell your house you should bake a batch of cookies so your home smells comforting and warm! Apparently, this is the key to getting a contract!
I recently found a new form of aromatherapy that I love called thisworks! My husband brought a small sample home with him after a stay at a hotel, I used it, and I was sold! It’s a heavenly fragrance of lavender that you spray on your bed and pillows before sleep.
The reason it is called thisworks is because it does work! I truly have never slept as well as I am sleeping using this wonderful fragrance. I know it sounds silly, and I was skeptical at first, but after using it for several weeks I can tell you that it is a wonderful way to fall asleep at night!
