Stuffed Biscuits

Simple and really delicious this will quickly become a weeknight staple!

1 recipe of your favorite meatballs or 1package of small frozen meatballs

1 can of store bought biscuits

Grated cheese - whatever you like

2 tablespoons of butter

Pinch of salt, pepper, parsley, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder (more or less of each to your taste)

  1. Make and cook the meatballs, drain, set aside to cool slightly or thaw the frozen meatballs and warm them up.

  2. Separate the canned biscuits and flatten each one in your hand until it is slightly bigger than your palm.

  3. Place a smidge of cheese on the biscuit followed by a meatball and wrap the dough all the way around, creating a little package.

  4. Place them in an 8x8 baking pan, seam side down.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until nicely golden brown.

  6. While the meatballs are baking, melt the butter and mix-in the herbs and spices.

  7. When the meatballs are cooked pour the butter mixture over the top.

  8. Serve with a side of jarred marinara sauce.
