Meal Kits are everywhere today and they are a wonderful way for anyone to provide a delicious, nutritious, and easy dinner for a family any night of the week. Turns out you can now pick them up on your way home each night because Publix has a Meal Kit option too.
Last week, I picked one up and found it to be easy to make, plentiful for a number of meals, and very convenient. The price was $28.99 and it made enough food for dinner the first night, followed by a number of lunches for me during the week. It would easily feed a family of four with leftovers.
They’re sold in the fresh meat section of the store and my choice was Cowboy Chicken. There were four other choices the night I stopped by. Each meal kit comes with everything you need along with a recipe card in case you want to make the meal again. Enjoy!
