It’s that time again...yogurt review time!
This weird hobby has ended up bringing me a lot of joy. I love trying new flavors and brands and sharing them with you guys! If there’s ever a flavor or brand you’d like me to try, email it to me at info@comeoninblog.com
Chobani Flip: Chocolate Haze Craze
Luscious hazelnut yogurt with a deeply nutty taste, this one really hit the post-dinner spot. Even though it’s high in sugar, I feel like it is an indulgence that is #worthit.
Noosa Mates: Honey Yogurt with Chocolate, Pretzels, and Peanuts
10g of protein, chocolate and pretzels? You know I’m IN! I was a little nervous about honey flavored yogurt, but they did this one right- not too cloyingly sweet, just a touch of honey flavor to balance out the peanuts. Bonus: this one features super cute packaging
So Delicious Coconut Yogurt: Strawberry
YUMM! I didn’t think I’d like this one, but I love being proved wrong. This yogurt was refreshingly light and easy to eat. It’s a nice sweet-treat alternative for those who have dairy issues. Almost no protein and high sugar though...maybe add this one to smoothies?
Chobani Flip: Key Lime Crumble
I absolutely LOVED this yogurt! Creamy and tangy with a very generous helping of toppings. There was a lot of sugar in this one, so it’s definitely more of a dessert, but this is the first key lime flavored yogurt I have had that got pretty darn close to the real thing!
Noosa: Blackberry Serrano
I went a little outside my comfort zone with this one, and I was not disappointed! This yogurt skews extremely savory, but it still has a good balance of sweetness with the blackberry puree. The serrano was surprisingly detectable; I would even go so far as to say this yogurt was actually spicy! Once you move past the weirdness of savory yogurt, this one is really great. I think it would be the perfect spread on a grilled cheese sandwich or as an addition to a cheese board for dipping. Let me know what you think!
