We have a wonderful friend who always claims that she cannot cook, yet every year when we gather for Thanksgiving she creates delicious dishes like this one. It is easy and everyone will think you slaved over this yumminess!
1 jar of Chi-Chi’s salsa
1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can of corn, drained and rinsed
1 cup of shredded cheddar
Sliced scallions and cilantro for garnish
Mix everything together, top with scallions and cilantro. Enjoy with tortilla chips.
