Korean Inspired Chicken Wings



Let’s face it: chicken wings are delicious any way they come. ...And these are no exception! You can bake or fry these wings- either way, tastes great, just make sure your chicken is thoroughly cooked before eating.


You will need:

  • Chicken wings

  • 2 Tbls minced garlic

  • 2 tsp microplaned ginger

  • 1 Tbls sesame oil

  • 2 Tbls gochujang (or your preferred pepper paste)

  • Salt and pepper

  • Oil (if frying wings- I prefer to bake these but you do you)

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In a bowl, combine garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and pepper paste until a thick paste is formed. Set aside.

  3. Bake chicken wings until cooked through- approx 20 minutes. Halfway through the cooking process, slather wings with half of the sauce. Once wings are done, remove from oven and toss in remaining sauce.
