Hands down, my favorite candy bar is a Milky Way, but I will eat virtually any kind of candy. In fact, the worst candies are probably my faves: candy corn, cotton candy, circus peanuts, cheap chocolate! Give it to me! I’m like Will Ferrell in Elf, “We elves try to stick to the four main food groups: candy, candy canes, candy corns, and syrup!” Me too, Will Ferrell, me too!
I’m not kidding … last year my daughter and son-in-law gave me a cotton candy machine for Christmas! Talk about a MERRY Christmas!!
When my kids were little I’d let them eat as much of their Halloween candy as they wanted, if they wanted to go to the store and get candy I’d be all in, if they requested a late night trip to Sonic for whatever-weird-syrupy-drink they were advertising, we’d go!
Some of the most fun times in my life have been spent eating candy, whether it was around a Christmas tree or an Easter basket, a campfire, or at a movie theatre! I’ve loved it all!
