I’m a big believer in small touches: lit candles, pretty coffee table books, candy bowls...things like that.

I am also terribly frugal- my husband and I are saving up for a house, I am in graduate school...basically, we have expenses like everyone else.

One way I have found to indulge without going overboard is *drum roll please*..... Delicious smelling hand lotions! (Were you expecting something crazy? ;)

I like the one pictured below; it’s light and bright with a wonderful smell and a non-greasy feel. Every time I put it on, I take a deep breath and am momentarily transported.

These little things are important- they can enhance your life and make small moments into something larger. I encourage you to relish these tiny moments as often as you can!
