Broccolini



This is a great side dish to serve with Italian food or a good way to mix things up with your regular broccoli side dish. This dish is special but simple- it could stand on its own on your Thanksgiving table, too!


You will need:

  • Broccolini

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • Juice of 1 lemon + zest of half

  • Drizzle of balsamic vinegar

  1. Cook broccolini in a skillet with olive oil and a liberal amount of salt and pepper. Once the broccolini is wilted and dark green, remove it from the heat.

  2. Toss with lemon juice and zest. Drizzle balsamic over it. Serve immediately- this is best piping hot.
